Notes

Love Letters was the only production HTG were able to mount during 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Adhering to strict COVID-safe measures, the production was enjoyed by a smaller than usual, but still enthusiastic audience.
As is commonly the case with professional seasons of this production, two separate groups were cast and performed alternate performances.
This production was performed again in 2024

Notes

Mittagong Playhouse scheduled dates were to be 25 October to 9 November 2019
Originally set to perform at the Mittagong Playhouse, the evening before opening night saw the closure of the venue due to possible structural issues. HTG gratefully acknowledges Chevalier College, Bowral who provided access to their Performing Arts Centre enabling the show to proceed - albeit later in the year.

Notes

The Sound of Music program remembered valued and much-respected HTG member, David Furey who passed away after a battle with illness. David played many iconic roles in our productions over the years and will be sadly missed.
The cast were treated to a visit by star of the 1965 film version (and local resident) Nicholas Hammond. Nicholas portrayed "Friedrich" in the film version.
The second time HTG presented "The Sound of Music" with the first production performed in March-April 2001 (different cast)
